What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address and anything else you enter in our forms, the Authority Diagnostic or a message to us.
- Purchase information. When you buy a plan or campaign, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of the payment and your billing contact details. We do not store full card numbers.
- Campaign content. The business information, quotes, images and announcements you provide or approve so that we can write, distribute and report on your campaigns.
- Usage information. Pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
We collect only the personal information we need to provide our services to you.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and deliver the diagnostic or report you asked for.
- To provide the services you buy, including writing, approving and distributing your campaigns and reporting on the results.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and send receipts.
- To send you updates about your account and, where you have agreed, information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To personalize and improve this website and our services.
- To meet our legal, accounting and security obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to send the messages you agreed to receive. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
When we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Vetted, verified service partners that help us run our business, such as payment processing, our customer-relationship and email systems, website hosting and analytics. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information while your account or our working relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, tax and accounting purposes or to resolve disputes.
